El objetivo central de la Pol\u00edtica de Convivencia Escolar es orientar la definici\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de acciones, iniciativas, programas y proyectos que promuevan y fomenten la comprensi\u00f3n y el desarrollo de una Convivencia Escolar participativa, inclusiva y democr\u00e1tica, con enfoque formativo, participativo, de derechos, equidad de g\u00e9nero y de gesti\u00f3n institucional y territorial.<\/span><\/p>\n

El prop\u00f3sito del Coordinador de Convivencia Escolar ser\u00e1 gestionar un clima de trabajo adecuado y un estilo de relaciones que facilite el desarrollo de las personas, a trav\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n del manual de convivencia escolar y del reglamento interno.<\/span><\/p>\n
